so how to express "我很纠结","“纠结死了”in English? "纠结" is a feeling

i want to know it also haha ,jiujie is so popular in china ,but we never know how can we express it well

I don't think you can find any specific words in English that is totally equivalent to it. You should express the same thing more with tone than words. In my opinion, you can say "Rrrrr, it's torturing me."(with a complaining tone) to express that you're "纠结ing".lol
