On the top of the answer by chitoshiha-san. I would like to add:
You can also use ”学ぶ(Manabu: to learn)” instead of "勉強する".
私は外国語を学ぶことが好きです。
Watashi wa gaikokugo wo manabukoto ga sukidesu
=I like learning foreign languages
私は外国語に興味があります。
Watashi wa gaikokugo ni kyoumi ga arimasu
=I am interested in foreign language
私は外国語を勉強することに興味があります。
Watashi wa gaikokugo wo benkyou surukoto ni kyoumi ga arimasu
=I am interested in learning foreign languages.

Yes, " わたしは 外国語を 勉強することが すきです。” is correct.
Following is another common expression.
"わたしは 外国語を 勉強するのが すきです。"
