This sentence written in arabic (but in colloquial egyptian arabic)
it's mean "what do I do"
And if you type "haaa'mel eih" in this case it mean "what will I do"
it's divided into "aaa'mel" is a classical Arabic word mean "work"
and "eih" is colloquial egyptian mean "what"

aahmel eih is an ejeptian sentence ,that generally means what im gonna do in english and in arabic means mada afaal.
