In Finnish, 'hi" can be either 'moi' or 'hei' (there are many more, but these are the most common). 'Moi' is a bit more colloquial than 'hei'. There is also more than one option for 'How are you?'. You can say 'Mitä kuuluu?' or 'Miten menee?'. And again 'Miten menee?' is more colloquial.
So, these are your 4 options:
- Moi, mitä kuuluu?
- Moi, miten menee?
- Hei, mitä kuuluu?
- Hei, miten menee?
