English: " I have informed to " or " I had informed to" What should i use?

Neither is correct Example: I have informed the university that I intend to enrol in 2011. I have been informed by the university that they have accepted my enrolment for 2011.

这是要看语境的,have informed to 现在完成时,表示现在已经完成和对现在的影响 had informed to 是过去完成时 表示过去已经完成
