the as ~ as role, is used when describe something by assimilate it to another thing.
Eg:
Emily's height is 167cm
Farida's height is 167cm too.
So if u have been asked about Emily's height and you and the asker know Farida's, so you can answer: Emily is as height as Farida.

Meaning = to be very happy and to have no worries
Example : We married nine days after we met, and three years on we're happy as Larry. Since he's been at college he's as happy as a clam.
