Our "regime" is fine. It is one system and is open to objective debate. The real question is not the independence of the judiciary, but how independently it is able to function. Try focusing on the aspects that way, and I think you will come up with an interesting piece of work.

This is a constitutive part of any true democracy, not only in UK. What surprises me a lot it is that you seem to see it as a very strange issue. Baby! your planet is well apart from solar system, i realize!

Be careful how you use the word "regime" as it's frequently used in a negative way now, often referring to authoritarian types of governments. Some people might think that you are expressing distaste for the UK.
