'저기요" 무슨뜻입니까?

This is just opening comment like 'look' in English. It could be used to call someone, to start some another topic, or to interrupt others speaking. The important thing is that '저기요' is infromal expression used in the situations not required formality.

안녕하세요. 지원 양. 오랜만이에요.
저기요 또는 여기요는 '환기어'라고 해서 영어로는 'excuse me(please give me some attention here)' 정도로 볼 수 있어요.
그냥 전혀 모르는 사람들을 부를 때 쓸 수도 있고, 식당이나 술집 같은 곳에서 종업원을 부를 때 쓰기도 한답니다.
