Hello Kalpani,
A "disability" refers to the condition of being unable to perform a task or function because of a physical or mental impairment .
A 'slight disability' is an impairment or injury, that ain't major or significant, just trivial and moderate ones not comparable with major ones such as blind or vision impairment for example.
