For those who saw "Black Swan": What do you think it happened in the end?, Do you think Nina died?, What's your interpretation of Nina's feeling of perfection in the end? Please, feel free to discuss since it's helpful to me.

everyone dies

I think she did indeed die because of the reactions of the other ballerinas and the ballet director. In all of the really bizarre hallucinations she's by herself or we only see her point of view about them. The whole real/unreal thing was just cheesy Hollywood string-pulling as far as I'm concerned. Without a clear point of view the director can have his way with the audience. I gave it a C- and that was only passing because the Tchaikovsky sounded great in THX. : ) My friend liked it a lot. Now... was the girl-on-girl romp in the sheets just a hallucination? : )

Nina dies with her obsession of perfection. I dont think the end of the movie is ambiguous. In the story she lost yourself in search of spontaneous perfection and she did need to find her black side for it. Her death, was the cost of your search. She found the black swan inside her, but she had to kill the white swan...
