What’s the meaning of "โดน" ?
What's the meaning of "โดน" here?
I got it(โดนทิ้ง) from a movie , the word was translated as “be abandoned”.
I think "be abandoned" in Thai lauguage is “ถูกทิ้ง”. Are "โดนทิ้ง" equal to
“ถูกทิ้ง"?

Yes they have the same meaning. When โดน and ถูก are added in front of a verb, it becomes "passive voice".
โดน means 'touch' but I can't think of any time that we use that word by itself. It always comes with the action verb. These two words are just used in different occasions.
Example:
โดนตี/ถูกตี - got hit/spanked
ถูกสอน - was taught
