what does "筋道" mean in chinese? Does it mean it has strength?Thanks.

筋道　读音：jīn dao 　　释义及示例： ①（方言）指食物有韧性，耐咀嚼。例如：这碗面条很筋道。 ②身体结实（多指老人）。例如：老人的身子骨儿倒很筋道。

筋道. this word is usually used to describe the food (specially noodles) which is bend easily without breaking.
