Tell me, please, what does mean "good save"?

It's a sporting analogy - you've just saved the ball from going into your own goal.
In conversation, "good save" is a comment used after someone has said or done something to prevent an embarrassing situation.
A: Who's that woman? Her dress sense is awful.
B: That's my wife.
A. ...-ly good! Her dress sense is awfully good!
C: Good save.

I think it is clear from context. A goalkeeper makes a good save when he does something unusual to stop a goal.
That's a good save from Van De Saar.
An easy save is, well, an easy save.
