how to figure out how to pronunce the vowels in three-or-more-syllables word?
the phoincs rules i find from the internet seems just cover at most two syllables

You can't figure it out. You have to look in the dictionary.

Are you a phonetist? You mean "phonics" right? I remembered your former question I answered; see, Eliot's answer was what I was talking about; the rules; you gotta get the "intuition" by mastering the language (phonetics) little by little. Interesting, 3 or even more stresses? To me the first challenge is to find which one is (the first) stress.
