Presents for VD
What do you usually give to your boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband for Valentine's Day?
P.S. Can I use here verb "to give"?

This is just a suggestion. When abbreviating "Valentine's Day", do it by writting "V-Day".
"VD" is a common abbreviation for "venerial disease" aka STDs or STIs.

Take her out for dinner and dancing. Then tell her you love her and what she means to you.

Yes you can use "give".
For V-Day, I usually give my girlfriend some chocolate, flowers, maybe a card.
This year I will give her a single rose and a card. And on the card I will write something nice to let her know I love her.
