we got company= an uneducated way of saying "we have guests/visitors"
"people pleaser" = something that keeps people happy, for example :small gifts, free samples, entertainment etc.

I guess :We got company--->We got accompany.
我们有人陪了；我们有伴了。
people pleaser: 老好人；取悦于人。
