what is hte meaning of "you are better-heeled"?

"Better-heeled" means "richer." It is from the expression "well-heeled," which means the person has money (you can see this from the new heels on his shoes, which in the old days were expensive to replace and put on to shoes). It's a bit old-fashioned, and we don't use it much anymore.
