最近の日本の女子の流行では「胸がキュンキュンする」というような言い方をします。
かわいいものを見たり、素敵な恋愛話を見るもしくは聞いたりした場合にそのような言い方をします。

”胸キュン” is "胸がキュンとなる".
It means "My heart twinges a bit.".
