What are the options for "Kissing you" in German?
Online translator gives the variant "das Küssen von Ihnen". Is it correct? Why "die Küsse" is in Dative here?

That depends what you are trying to say:
1. (I'm) kissing you = (Ich) küsse dich
2. kissing you (adverbial) = dich küssend
3. kissing you (noun) = das Küssen Deiner (archaic)
4. (The guy) kissing you = Der Kerl, der dich küsst.
BTW, "das Küssen" is the infinite used as a noun.
