It simply means "I miss you".^^

I want to see you.
I miss you.
The 보고 part comes from 보다 which is to see.
싶다. Is to want/do something for example....
"티비 보고싶어요" I want to watch tv.
or
"오빠 보고싶어요"
I want to see oppa or I miss oppa.
