Paano po sabihin sa Tagalog ang "with" o, "using". Halimbawa, "I want to speak with you using/with the mic"

other version:
("I want to speak with you using/with the mic")
here, both 'using' and 'with' has the same meaning and effect in Tagalog language.
in older tagalog version, the translation would go like this:
in contemporary tagalog version:
(omitting the 'gamit' or 'pamamagitan').
