Does the word 'dependiente' change to 'dependienta' for girls?

We use DEPENDIENTE with both of them. I t doesnt change never.

"dependiente" is the same for girl and guy

As a noun meaning 'shop or sales assistant' ,yes it does!
'dependiente' for guys, 'dependienta' for girls.
However as an adjective in the sense of 'dependent on' 'dependiente de' it doesn't change.
