I believe the correct sentence is "I would have liked to see that."

You say you are learning Spanish, it must be English that you are learning, I guess?!
"OF" is a preposition
En espanol el preposición 'DE'
It doesn't belong between the auxiliary verb *would* ( modal auxiliar verbo ) and the second verb (like).
