In Spain we say stuff like:
"How the fuck?"---> ¿Cómo cojones...? ¿Cómo huevos...?
"Why the fuck?"---> ¿Por qué cojones...? ¿Por qué hostias...?
"Where the fuck? --> ¿Dónde cojones...? ¿Dónde hostias...? ¿Dónde pelotas...? ¿Dónde puñetas? xD

There are a lot of ways to say WTF in spanish, it depend of the place where you want to go or form where you want to learn...
Is not the same WTF in Argentina, Mexico, Spain or Chile... in each country they have a different WTF. For example:
¿Qué carajo...? (Argentina)
¿Pero que Cojones...? (Spain)
¿Qué cresta...? (Chile)
¿Pero qué chingado...? (Mexico)(I guess ¬_¬)
I Argentina we have almost five ways to say WTF and is the same in other countries so you have to look for some dictionary Slang-Spanish, Lunfardo-English.
Lunfardo is just like Slang for you... Is not the same in EEUU than Ingland, Scottland or Australia.

Las expresiones por las que tú preguntas, son expresiones de un lenguaje muy vulgar, y no tienen una traducción en Español, que pueda significar lo que realmente expresan en Inglés.
