what's the difference between "tenemos" and "nosotros"?

The difference is that "nosotros" is a pronoun (we) and "tenemos" is a tense (have). So, "nosotros tenemos un coche"... we have a car.

Nosotros = es el "pronombre" plural de una oración
Tenemos = es el "verbo" que esta conjugado en el tiempo presente
- Yo tengo
- tu tienes
- él/ella tiene
- nosotros tenemos
- vosotros teneis
- ellos tienen
