I have a problem about VOA with title "Ashoka Supports Social Entrepreneurs Around the World'.

In my opinion, it means Kara join the organization in 2010, is that right?FAITH LAPIDUS: Ashoka does not announce its fellows at one time every year. It is like saying she is a "2010 graduate".  In this case 2010 is an adjective where it described which kind of graduate: the kind that graduated in 2010.  So a "2010 fellow" is one that became a fellow in 2010.  But dates can not always be used in this way.  If I became a teacher in 2010, no one would say that I am a "2010 teacher".  However if you were talking about a school where I taught at in 2010, you could say "he was a 2010 teacher”.
