Challenge, challenge and more challenge... I don't enjoy doing things like a robot. I love to put some new ideas out there to see how everything results in constant progress... because of me!!!^^ That is my main motivation and it keeps my attitude (seriously) flying all over the place.

You could say something along these lines:
"I enjoy making [or helping to make] this kind of system work."
or,
"I find it very satisfying to put out a high quality product."
or,
"I get energized by a challenge, and know how to work with others to find a solution."
