Please Explain the Meaning of 宝里宝气 and 傻乎乎? bao3 li3 bao3 qi4 and sha3 hu1 hu1 When are they used? Is it popularly used? Should I use it (and still be cool ^_^).

宝里宝气 is dialect in Hunan only used between good friends. 傻乎乎 is widerly use in China

宝里宝气 is dialect mainly used in 湖南, 傻乎乎 means stupid which is as Cherry said. I suggest you'd better not to use these two. 宝里宝气 is too strange as it's dialect ,some chinese even don't know what it meas, and 傻乎乎 is not polite.

These two have the same meaning (stupid,silly or awkward). As far as I know, 傻乎乎is used nationwide,but 宝里宝气 is sort of...dialect. I come from the South of China. In our dialect, we use 宝里宝气,but it's not Mandarin, haha. So....it's better to use 傻乎乎:) Also, you could use "二er4"to express the same meaning. for example, Troy, ni3 tai4 er4 le. (just kidding!don't be mad at me...)

I know only 傻乎乎sha huhu and it means feeble-minded, stupid, dumb,foolish ,silly . Nothing wrong with using it to describe someone as stated.
