sorry Max ,but the correct answer for the sentence 1 is : b
sentence 2 correct answer can be : b or d
sentence 3 :Max is right: c
in this case ,it's the negative form for v+only,but you can meet this form in other cases .For exemple:
Il ne faut pas que tu le dises: :you must not say it
je ne veux pas que tu partes :  I don't want You go

Quand la deuxième partie d'une comparaison d'inégalité(plus, moins) est une proposition, il faut employer un NE explétif ou LE ou NE LE devant le verbe de cette proposition. Cependant, avec la comparaison d'égalité(aussi, autant..), on emploie seulement LE.

For 1 the answwer is a cuz translated it is : this things looks like more important but their not in fact. I don't know why (or something like that) the answer is A because the others are not gramaticaly right

For 2 the answer is D cuz: It happens not rarely that a stupid man finds a more stupid man to admire him (Can u get it now?)

for the 3 i'm not sure but i think that it's C it goes: Teachers with computers often can be seen in the universities.however they are not showing only advantages

in the construction ne+v+pas+que  its negative form of the verb and "only"
