Are these ok? ‘My family is supportive/loving/friendly.’
Thanks

Your family would be supportive and loving to you. They would be friendly to other people. It would sound strange to say that your family is friendly to you because "friendly" is such a weak word. If you told me that your family was friendly to you, I would think to myself: "Only friendly?" I would suspect that perhaps they are not loving to you.

They are fine. They mean slightly different things.
