Actually I don't have a bedtime routine, but normally I take a shower and take my pills before I go to sleep. That's all
You don’t really drink pills. You take pills or you swallow pills. You typically only drink liquids. (You could “drink in a beautiful sunset”, but that’s kind of poetic language). You can drink medicine if it is liquid. You can wash your pills down with water or with milk.
