Octi or Octopuses
Hi Everyone, I’m very good at plurals but I’ve one question: is the plural of octopus octi or octopuses?

The plural of octopus is “octopuses”. You may also see some people use “octopi” which is acceptable but grammatically speaking “octopuses” is correct.
From the Grammarly Blog: In Latin, some plurals end with an i. The problem is, octopus derives from Greek. The i was a mistake, but so many people adopted it that it became an acceptable alternative.
