In normal conditions, I usually go to bed at 22:30 or 23:00, but I like read something before sleeping though. So I spend like 30/40 minutes with reading, then I go to sleep. Normally I don't have insomnia or problems with nightmares and stuff. However, due to COVID, my routine has been literally killed, I can't work, I can't go to college, I don't have a damn thing to do anymore, only sit and wait for the vaccines, so I can go to bed whenever I want, I can sleep the much that I feel like to, what definitely sn't a good thing, I want my normal life back. Why God?
