Jul 30,2021. Pan-fried Matsutake Today I received a package of fresh Matsutake mushrooms from Shangri-La, which I ordered yesterday from a local I met in Yunnan via WeChat. It is said Matsutakes can only grow naturally in the wild forest in that area, and they can’t be grown artificially. Because they grow underground, so people take their dogs to find, dig out and pick them. They feed their dog Matsutakes since they were puppies so they are able to discern where Matsutakes are. In the package I found out a paper and several recipes on the paper. It seemed that pan-fried Matsutakes with butter was the simplest and most classic recipe, but I didn’t prepare butter beforehand, so I used rapeseed(菜籜æČč oil instead. It turned out really good, apart from too much oil I put in. I liked the special scent(or- fragrance) of the dish.

I'm not a fan of mushrooms, yet you've got me intrigued about them now! A few notes about your writing. 束茞 is the name of the variety of mushroom, so doesn't need a capital letter midway through a sentence, unlike the name of a place or person. Also, it sounds better to me without an s (even when plural). From looking at the hanzi I think rapeseed oil is correct. I feel fragrance works best in your last sentence. To be precise, fragrance is a pleasant smell, scent is a distinct smell. Hope this helps :)

Jul 30,2021. Pan-fried Matsutake Today I received a package of fresh Matsutake mushrooms from Shangri-La (when I first read this I thought you meant the hotel!), which I ordered yesterday from a local I met in Yunnan via WeChat. It is said Matsutakes only grow naturally in the wild forest in that area, and they can’t be grown artificially. Because they grow underground, people take their dogs to find, dig out and pick them (picking suggests by hand so I don't think dogs can do this) . They feed their dogs Matsutakes from when they are puppies so they are able to discern where Matsutakes are. In the package I found a sheet of paper with several recipes. It seemed that pan-fried Matsutakes with butter was the simplest and most classic recipe, but I didn’t have any butter so I used rapeseed(菜籜æČč oil instead. It turned out really well, apart from me adding too much oil. I liked the special scent(or- fragrance or aroma) of the dish.
Sounds good. Maybe they are similar to truffles, I think they use pigs to find them!

Jul 30,2021. Pan-fried Matsutake Today I received a package of fresh Matsutake mushrooms from Shangri-La, which I ordered yesterday from a local I met in Yunnan via WeChat. It is said Matsutakes can't be farmed/domesticated/cultivated, and can only grow naturally in the wild forest in that area. They grow underground, so people take their dogs to find, dig out and harvest them. They feed their dog Matsutakes from a young age so they are able to locate Matsutakes. In the package I found a paper with several recipes on it. It seemed that pan-fried Matsutakes with butter was the simplest and most classic recipe, but I was out of butter, so I used canola oil instead. It turned out really good, apart from it being too oily. I liked the special scent(or- fragrance) of the dish.
The meaning is clear, and that's a big success. I think the others have already taken care of most of the issues I saw. I rearranged a few sentences to increase clarity. And I offered a few different words for things. I think we use canola instead of rapeseed because it has the word "rape" in it, no other reason.
