V-아도/어도 되다
'-아도/어도 되다' is used to express permission.
In a question, this pattern is used to ask permission from another person.
In a declarative sentence, it expresses the permission of the speaker.
verb stem's last vowels ending with 'ㅏ' or 'ㅗ' + -아도 돼요 : 가다 -> 가도 돼요.
verbs ending with '하다', 하다 -> 해도 돼요 : 전화하다 -> 전화해도 돼요.
In all other cases, add '-어도 돼요' : 먹다 -> 먹어도 돼요.

When giving a full agreement, expressions such as "그럼요", "물론이지요", "네, 괜찮아요." are used.
