¡La Tortilla! Tortillas are wonderful and tasty! Nevertheless, be careful when you order one! You may have to think first: are you in Spain, or are you in Latin America? In many Latin-American countries, tortilla refers to a thin round of unleavened cornmeal or wheat flour bread usually eaten with a topping or filling (as ground meat or cheese). It’s basically what you can use to wrap your Burritos! In Spain, tortilla is very different! When you order a Spanish Tortilla, you’ll get a flat round food made by frying eggs that have been mixed together with potato and (most of the times) onion in it. Have you tried any of them?
