Community Tutor🌟 DAY 15/30: The 'SELF' Hindi Challenge 🌟
नमस्ते (Namaste)! 🙏
Halfway there! We have officially reached the midpoint of our 30-day journey. To celebrate, let’s look at a word that you will use constantly when talking about your daily routine, your hobbies, or your career.
Today’s Word: काम (Kaam)
Meaning: Work / Task / Job
How to use it: "मैं अपना काम कर रहा/रही हूँ।"
(Main apna kaam kar raha/rahi hoon)
"I am doing my work."
💡 TEACHER'S TIP: If you want to say that something is highly useful or helpful, you can use a wonderful phrase: "काम की चीज़" (Kaam ki cheez), which literally translates to "a thing of work" but means "something very useful!"
For example: "यह किताब बहुत काम की चीज़ है।
(This book is very useful.)
📝 YOUR CHALLENGE: What kind of काम (work) do you do, or what is your favorite hobby to work on? Try writing a simple sentence in the comments!
Whether you are studying, teaching, or practicing a skill, let me know below and I’ll help you refine your Hindi! 👇
