Can I say ‘I like spring, because there are many new and lovely lives in spring.’? I mean plants and flowers grow and animals come back to life.
Thanks

It’s not wrong, but I think there are better ways of saying it.

I like spring because it is the season of new life.
I like spring because plants flower and animals give birth.
By the way, you can’t say ‘come back to life’. That refers to something which has died. You can say, however, ‘come alive’. For example:
I love watching Washington (an American state with many natural and wild areas) come alive in the spring. (This would be understood as referring to the flora and fauna of the state.)

I like Spring, because it brings new life such as plants and flowers. This sounds better to me.

Thanks, everyone

Your sentence is understandable but can be made more natural. Here's a smoother way to say it:
"I like spring because it brings many new and beautiful forms of life, like blooming plants and active animals."
This version avoids repeating "spring" and uses "forms of life" for clarity.
