I wake up early at 6:00 am. I take a shower and then I make some coffee before I go to the gym or to the park to run a few kilometres. Then, I go back home and take another shower. I prepare my breakfast very fast because I need to go to work.
You could say "I prepare my breakfast..." but personally I'd say "I make breakfast very fast..." Or "I make a quick breakfast because..." It's implied that you make it for yourself. But nothing wrong with what you originally said.

As Tom mentioned, a bedtime routine is when you go to bed at night, not when you wake up in the morning.
