When it comes to diet, I’m literally a gluten-free person. I haven’t been medically diagnosed with coeliac disease, but I felt noodles cause me flatulence. I want to share about how I resist the foods with grains. In Asia, we eat noodles a lot, and I especially like Japanese Ramen. We have bread in every morning, and we make pastries for festivals. As you can see the picture of the egg yolk pastry, my mouth is watering! It’s super hard to say no to those food, but just list down what you can purchase in the supermarket. Reminding yourself, ‘on the gluten free diet, I’m treating myself much healthier.’ We can explore many foods including meat, sea food, fruit, vegetables and fortunately, in Taiwan, we are so good at cooking turnip cake, fried rice and mung bean noodles. Even more, there’re so many choices of potato chips, cookies and cakes in the store, and those great invention can comfort my sweet tooth as well.
