I really do love my name. My name is “waad”. It’s an Arabic name. It means “promise”❤️. I like the way my name sounds, and I like the meaning of my name. I suggest anyone who doesn’t like their name to try to accept it, but if you really dislike it, you can easily change it, or you can have a nickname that you chose and like to be called by.

There are different sources for healthy food for the brain that helps with memory and all the different brain operations. Food that contains healthy oils and omega 3-6-12 is really good for your brain such as almond, cashew, pecan. Also fish is considered as one of the healthiest food for brain. In general food that contain healthy oils is great for brain health.

1-I’m 19 years old. 2-My sign is Capricorn. 3-I’m the youngest sibling in my family. 4-I’m that kind of person who always seeks success in life. 5- I have big dreams in life. 6-My major is psychology. 7-I only have 1 friend because I’m not really good in making new friends and socializing. 8-the cars of my dreams are Mercedes G-class and and Audi A6 or above. 9-I’m always curious what the future is holding for me. 10-I’m a really optimistic person and I put high expectations about everything in my life and I think this is a bad thing because if things didn’t work the way you expected you would be really disappointed so being balanced is what I’m trying to achieve.

There are some apps that I can’t live without such as Pinterest because this app is amazing. I take outfits ideas from it and decoration ideas too! The second app is italki it’s one of my favorite English-learning apps where I can practice English conversations with native speakers and with professional teachers who have a lone experience with teaching students form different levels.

As for my experience learning English of course there was some obstacles. The biggest obstacle was not being fluent in speaking to people. Fluency is to speak and respond without a lot if thinking and to make sentences that are clear. Also I have struggled with memorizing new words.

I like thriller,romance,comedy,action,crime TV shows. And I don’t like boring movies/ TV shows. Also I prefer watching TV shows in English because that’s help improving my English listening skill.

I love volunteering because it makes us better people and it shows us different side of the world and it helps us explore and it understand ourselves through these different new experiences. Also it helps with our CV’s. I had volunteered at once, I volunteered as an English teacher for two brothers they are kids. I enjoyed the experience and I learned that I’m patient with kids and I was really a great teacher to them they really liked me. I taught them simple basic English such as numbers up to 50 and some basic vocabulary and basic grammar.
