Creo que necesitamos reducir el espacio entre la gente rica y la gente pobre, en el sentido de tomar pasos necesarios de reducir el nivel de pobreza mundial. Hay muchos crimenes que han pasados fuera de la necesidad de cosas cuando es posible que esos problemas no hayan pasados si había más disponilidad de ayuda. La prevención de crimen empieza con la educación de las proximas generaciones también.

All'inizio si deve conoscere le cause del crimine. Poi si deve mettere delle pene serve per i  criminali. Il crimine non deve essere pubblicato nei mass media e nei giornali perché parlare molto dei crimini li fa un oggetto normale. Finalmente si deve vietare i film che diffondono il crimine.

Al contrario di ciò che è diffuso, dimostrare i crimini ai pubblico aiuta ad aumentarli. Negli ultimi anni troviamo che nei mass media ci si concentra sui modi con i quali si esegue il crimine. Nei programmi, ad esempio, il conduttore ospita i colpevoli e gli chiede di rifare l'azione. Mi sembra che questo sia un mezzo per imparare come si diventa criminale, perciò spero che negli anni prossimi vengono applicate delle leggi che impediscono la trasmissione di cose del genere, però per il criminale si mette una punizione adatta al suo crimine.

Je pense que la présence du père dans la famille est plus importante que les programmes du gouvernement. Chaque enfant ha besoin d’un bon père. Aux EEUU il y a beaucoup de problèmes à cause des hommes qu’on abandonné leur résponsabilité à se marier la mère de leurs enfants. Alors, a base de ce problème c’est la faute de la chasteté avant de la mariages.

I think these are multiple ways to reduce crime, and they are not the same accordingly to the countries. 
For example I am french, and in france the methods applied to the criminal people are not the same than the methods applied in the Republic of the Philippines. 
Apart from the efficiency aspect, there is also the deontological/ethical aspect to take into account, the human side. 

But let's not drown in these intellectual considerations, let's be productive and focus on efficiency. Focusing on efficiency, obviously it seems that Rodrigo Duterte's methods to reduce crime are spectacular.

Rodrigo urged his people to get rid of drug traffickers and addicts in a way that could be described as definitive. He himself, his government and the police have used this definitive way. 
There were tens of thousands of deaths, 60,000 traffickers and drug addicts would have surrendered to the police, directly, when they saw the methods used! Here was an example to reduce the crime in an effective way but... it seems that there would have been collateral damage. 

And there is no room, no chance for redemption anymore.

I think it should be more police on the street.

I think the best way to reduce crime is investing on the basics needs of people.

I think there are three effective ways to reduce crime:
1) A well-developed law system, to make sure that the citizens feel safe living in the city and trust crimes will be punished reasonably
2) An early-start education, cause no one is a born criminal, the responsible parents in home and the righteous teachers in school can avoid people going the wrong way from the start 
3) A perfect social welfare system, to prevent the potential crimes from real happening with some basic requirements for daily life
