Qualified TEFL teacher with experience! I have a passion for languages and learnt Geman from scratch at university. I'm also in the process of learning Spanish, having recently returned from a 3 month trip to Mexico. I can say 'thank you' in 20 languages and take great pleasure in learning about different cultures. I have taught English in Germany to students of various backgrounds, nationalities, ages and abilities. I have also successfully completed TEFL's most comprehensive teaching course, to further improve my skills. I have taught English to many different people and have adjusted my style based on their abilities/learning preferences. In my view, lessons should be entertaining and productive. Enjoyment is key! I use a range of different techniques and try my best to provide students with the necessary encouragement and support.

James is amazing – open-minded, ready to give you an additional info or a resource, deeply caring about language goals you want to achieve. And James makes you feel comfortable with the language, that’s the best part and I think the most important one. I have no other option, but to strongly recommend James as a language tutor :)

James is an excellent teacher! He creates a safe learning environment but also pushes and motivates you to learn more. My vocabulary and pronunciation have improved a lot. James gives detailed feedback after each class, which I find very helpful. Additionally, classes with him are so much fun and I love his accent! Recommend to everyone!
