Hello everyone, my name is Jissel Guarin, I am Colombian and I live in the city of Bucaramanga. I am a psychologist, and I have taken courses in pedagogy, which has made me develop certain skills and values, such as empathy, advice to people, patience, respect for others, among others. Since I was a child I have enjoyed teaching and giving private lessons to people who need it. I also tell you that in my free time I like to sing, read, listen to music, learn new languages and spend time with my family. That is why I invite you to be part of this beautiful adventure. Jissel is professional, helpful, punctual, and an excellent teacer. I originally chose her because she is a psychologist and I need to learn to speak about psychology topics in Spanish. That said, Jissel exceeded my expectations with how well she explains concepts and writes corrections. Her psychology background creates a compassionate foundation which she utilizes to alter her teaching style dependent on what each student needs.. She is one of the best Spanish teachers I have experienced through Italki. She is a true gem!
