Hello! My name is Brenda Chavez. I am 24 years old and I am Peruvian. I hold a degree in Professional Translation and Interpreting from UPC (Peruvian University of Applied Sciences). My academic background has given me a solid command of Spanish, allowing me to teach with clarity and confidence. I am passionate about language learning. I speak Spanish (native), English (B2), French (A2), and Italian (A2). Me llamo Brenda Chavez y soy peruana. Soy bachiller en Traducción e Interpretación Profesional en la UPC. Me apasionan los idiomas. El español es mi lengua materna pero también hablo inglés (B2), francés (A2) e italiano (A2).

Me as a Teacher

Learning Spanish with me will be enjoyable. I am a very dynamic, enthusiastic, and patient person. I have had the opportunity to give private English lessons to children and therefore I have the necessary experience and patience to teach. I will help the student to lose the fear of making mistakes and I will help with any difficulties they may have. Aprender español conmigo será agradable. Soy muy dinámica, entusiasta y paciente. Tuve la oportunidad de dar clases particulares de inglés a niños; por ello, tengo la experiencia y paciencia necesaria para enseñar. Ayudaré al alumno a perder el miedo a equivocarse y le ayudaré con cualquier dificultad que tenga.

My lessons & teaching style

The classes will be purely conversational and the topic will be the student's choice. I am made aware of the topic in advance and I will prepare the class. However, if there is any doubt about grammar, I am willing to solve it. Las clases serán de pura conversación y el tema será a elección del estudiante. Se me hace saber el tema con anticipación y prepararé la clase. Sin embargo, si hay alguna duda en cuanto a la gramática, estoy dispuesta a resolverla.
