I had a misunderstanding with the class schedule due to the time change in Spain the day before, and as a result I was unable to attend the class. The response I received was quite abrupt and did not offer any alternative solution. I fully acknowledge that this was my responsibility, but I believe that anyone can make a mistake and that everyone deserves an opportunity, especially when it is the first class with a new student.
