I honestly think Wendy is one of the best Mandarin teacher's out there. It is clear that teaching is her passion. When I talk to her it's like I'm talking to a friend, that's why it is easier for me to learn. She encourages me to ask many questions and doesn't hesitate to provide great examples and phrases to supplement my curiosity. Before the lesson, she sends me a dialogue with vocabulary to review. This is great for me because there is something prepared beforehand so that I can attempt the new material during the lesson. Wendy has developed a great lesson plan for me and I look forward to improving my Mandarin under her tutelage. Thank you Wendy!!

2nd lesson with Wendy. She is so good at what she does, challenged me for the whole lesson but was very encouraging and allowed me to figure out for myself the answers to her questions. This style of teaching I love!
