Hello, my name is Susan. I’m from Peru and I live in Arequipa which is a city located to the south, it’s a beautiful and a very touristic place. I’m 39 years old and I like teaching Spanish. I’m a sociable person, I like dancing, watching movies, traveling and spend time with my family and friends. I have being teaching Spanish for more than 10 years, I have worked in a Spanish school in my city and also I here in Italki. I have prepared many students for international exams and also I consider that I’m flexible according to the students necessities. I’m a very active teacher, I can adapt to your needs in learning Spanish. I like to help my students improve in all skills, like: Speaking, reading and writing. For me it’s more important to teach and help students to learn well instead of just passing topics and grammar from class to class. This is the opportunity to join one of my lessons to have fun learning a new language.My lessons & teaching style
Once you are in my classes, you will be part of a Spanish immersion lesson. Definitely when students feel part of the learning process and they enjoy what they do, the final result is improve all their Spanish skills. I offer you different resources to practice grammar and vocabulary. Learning by singing, chanting, playing games. I include writing activities as part of the speaking production. Learning, talking and sharing information about our different cultures makes conversation very interesting.My teaching material

Susan is a very patient teacher.
She teaches step by step until the material is understood. She is engaging , friendly and very helpful.
I would recommend her lessons for anyone wanting to learn as a total beginner.

As a first time student on this app learning Spanish I was extremely nervous and anxious. But Sue made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Sue is not only a phenomenal teacher but also a warm and kind person. She teaches and explains things clearly and makes you feel comfortable no matter what level you are in learning Spanish. 10/10 recommend.

Sue is a dedicated teacher. She is very passionate to helping you learn and reach your goals. I already see progress being made in my spanish and understand the language due to Sue's teaching methodology. Sue works very very hard and invests 100% during our class to help me expand on my understanding of Spanish.
