Conversational Spanish Tutor with +10 yrs experience (for advanced beginners/pre-intermediate & up) Hello! My name is Ignacio and I am keen to help you improve your Spanish. After an international career spanning over 25 years as an officer of the United Nations managing international aid, I have retired early to enjoy other things I like, and as such, now I have plenty of time to tutor students to further their conversational skills and broaden their knowledge. I studied in the US, France and Japan and worked overseas in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. I realize that my background is very useful in relating / communicating with my students. I am equally fluent in French, English and Portuguese, while I remain a learner in many other languages, wherever I have lived! I have been tutoring conversational Spanish for the past 10 years, as a hobby with friends, now as a part-time hobby to help students deepen their knowledge of the language beyond grammar and textbooks, while we do of course address grammar issues as they may arise. Presently, I tutor conversational Spanish online. I like to make my classes fun to ensure you are enjoying yourself.
