Felix Bang

I am a beginner in Korean and I just had my first class with Felix and he is obviously a great teacher! I enjoyed it a lot, and understood him and his explanations perfectly :) Thank you !

Ive had three lessons with Felix so far and he is great!! He makes you feel comfortable during the lesson and walks you through it slowly if you do not understand something! He is great at encouraging you to speak and be confident in your learning as well!!

Felix is a really good Korean teacher — always well-prepared and adaptable to whatever is needed in the moment. He can lead light and natural conversations that feel like chatting with a friend, but he’s just as comfortable using a textbook and following a clear, structured lesson for those who want to prepare for tests or follow a more academic path. He also creates custom roleplays and vocabulary documents based on previous conversations, which makes the learning experience really personalized and effective. He’s extremely flexible, always professional, punctual, and very respectful. I continue to highly recommend Felix as a teacher.

It was an absolutely wonderful first lesson! I love how Felix corrects my pronunciation and not only gives examples but also shows the correct tongue position and mouth shape so I have a better understanding. He assessed my level and provided the lesson's material. He has an amazing sense of humor and at first I was a little nervous but he immediately put me at ease. I can't wait for our next lesson! This has been my 8th class with Felix and I am as grateful as ever. He's an incredibly patient and fun teacher and it's easy to feel comfortable around him, so you're not as afraid to practise your speaking! Although I haven't been as consistent lately I have certainly seen an improvement in my Korean thanks to him and I hope to keep up that progress. If you're looking for someone who will help you grow and better your Korean in a relaxed and encouraging environment, Felix is the perfect teacher for you!
